To be submitted within 24 hours prior to traveling to the show
To be completed for each horse attending Glebe House event on 24 and 25 July run under the affiliation and rules of British Carriagedriving. This form should be completed by the competitor or owner of the horse and submitted no sooner than 24 hours before travelling but it must be received prior to your arrival at the show. Failure to submit a declaration form before you arrice will result in the entry being forfeited and the horse will not be allowed on to the venue.
