During the month of September the Arlington Seventh-day Adventist Church is highlighting a variety of ways that each one of us can be involved in mission. We encourage each of you to read up and then sign up. We can all be a part of God's healing work in our world.

Ukranian Appreciation Lunch

Our Ukrainian families provided an incredible Ukrainian meal for our wider church family this last Sabbath. The luncheon was offered in appreciation of our church’s support of our Ukrainian families and the work they are doing during the conflict in their home country. WORLD VISION - CHOSEN

BE A PART OF THE ENCORE!
We had a great experience with Chosen 2020 and are excited to have the team back on campus this Sabbath. They have an update on our sister village in Zambia and the opportunity to sponsor more children in the community. We'd love to sponsor 75-100 more kids.

BLOOD DRIVE &
HOMELESS OUTREACH

October 8 is a busy day! Volunteers are needed for our Carter Blood Bank Blood Drive. They will set up in the Revive space and during and after church hours. We'd love to have every donation slot filled. Sign up!

The same day, volunteers will participate in assembling lunches in the REVIVE Community Center and then later handing out the assembled lunches and other needed items to the homeless community at Unity Park!

SPEAKER SERIES at ARLINGTON

We are thrilled to announce that Karl Haffner, PhD, will be the presenter for this year's Speaker Series at Arlington on October 14 and 15, 2022. He will present messages taken from the book of John on Friday evening, for all services on Sabbath morning, and also a message to close the Sabbath before Shindig.
Karl Haffner is currently the Vice President for Student Experience at Loma Linda University in California. We are excited to host him as a part of our weekend.

CREATIVE CONFERENCE

CREATIVE FAM COLLECTIVE is a creative conference for all artists, innovators, musicians, writers, dancers, enthusiasts, etc to come together as a community and be refreshed in your gifts with other creatives.

Our time together includes Main Sessions with teaching and worship, as well as Breakouts, ranging from creative process, dance, music production, and to other creative themes and topics. Registration is free but spots are limited.
